OUR TEAM IN NORTH TIPPERARY ADULT SERVICES (NENAGH).

OVERVIEW OF THE POST:
The Coordinator will be responsible for leading the effective
development and delivery of the day service using a person centred
approach and in line with New Directions.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
_ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:_
* Third level qualification in Social Care, Nursing or equivalent
* Knowledge and experience of working in the disability sector.
* 3 years’ experience working with adults with disabilities.
* Management/coordination experience including managing people and
staff support and supervision.
_DESIRABLE CRITERIA:_
* Management course commenced or completed.
* Experience of working with behaviours of concern
